Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return. After contacting us, return the item by mail using the instructions we provide.  

2. Original Condition Requirement
Change-of-mind returns must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined for change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not limit your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.  

3. Return Shipping Costs 
For change-of-mind returns, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, please contact us first. Where a product problem is confirmed, we reimburse reasonable return postage costs as required by applicable consumer law. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt until the refund is processed.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our team at info@awboutlet.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.  
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.  
3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 calendar days.  

Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws. The 30-day change-of-mind window and original-packaging conditions do not restrict statutory rights for faulty goods.
