Shipping policy

Minimum Order Amount
A minimum order subtotal of AU$19 applies to all orders. This amount is converted to your local checkout currency where applicable. The subtotal is calculated after tax and excludes shipping.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. The delivery estimates below apply after dispatch.

Australia
We offer free standard shipping within Australia. Estimated delivery is generally 2–5 business days after dispatch.

United States, Canada and New Zealand
We offer free standard shipping on orders of US$99 or more, or the equivalent in your checkout currency. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping is US$20 to the United States and Canada, and AU$20 to New Zealand. These charges are converted to your checkout currency where applicable and displayed before payment.

International Delivery Times
International delivery generally takes approximately 5–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Applicable import duties are included for United States orders. For other international destinations, any applicable duties or taxes will be handled according to the terms displayed at checkout.
